berry.edu I’m an
Assistant Professor of Economics at Berry College in scenic northwest Georgia. I earned my Ph.D. in Economics from the John E. Walker Department of Economics
at Clemson University in May 2007. I
currently teach Econometrics, Public Economics, Environmental Economics, and
Principles of Economics I. My research
interests include public choice and public economics, political economy,
antitrust regulation, and the valuation of environmental amenities
(specifically, conservation easements).
I owe
intellectual debts to the following economists who mentored me: Bob Tollison, Bobby McCormick, Mike Maloney, Bill
Shughart, John
Conlon, Wally
Thurman, Frank Limehouse,
and Frank Stephenson.
