The instructions above are a crude attempt at denying access to “answers” to students assigned this exercise. The delay is strategic.  I am assuming that instructors plan their presentations more than 3 weeks in advance and that students will have less than 2 weeks to complete the assignment.  Thus students are less likely to obtain the “answers” before the assignment is due, yet corporate trainers can get access to the excercise even though they may be part time students as well.
