*Reading journals are simply notes that you take on your reading.  They can be reading response (what do you think about it based on your opinions and experiences), or summary (be sure to include some of this to help you get the main ideas).  Your journal should be a minimum of four pages per assignment (handwritten, typed will be shorter).  They will be read by a classmate.
